User Eligibility

Account Registration

Content Guidelines
1. You retain ownership of your Content and your social media account but use our Monetized URL to monetize your digital content.
2. Content must comply with our Community Guidelines and applicable laws.
3. We reserve the right to remove or moderate Content.
Monetization Terms
1. We connect Users with Brands for sponsored content opportunities.
2. You must comply with Brand requirements and guidelines.
3. Payment terms and rates are specified in our Payment Terms.
Payment Terms
1. Payments are processed through our payment gateway.
2. Minimum payout threshold is $5.
3. Payments are made within 15 days of the end of the calendar month.
4. You can create as much Monetized link as you can but one goes for your payment, meaning you'll need to have a dedicated link for your monetization, if multiple links are used (distributed), we'll locate your highest earned link and pay only that. So endeavor to distribute only one link. If you want to use another link, please contact us through the contact page of our website.
5. We don't make a none requested payment, We pay you when you request for your eligible funds.
6. Any non requested funds up to two year is considered unclaimed funds and will be marked cancelled payment and can't be paid again.
Prohibited Activities
1. Spam, phishing, or scamming.
2. Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
3. Intellectual property infringement.
4. Malicious or harmful activities.
5. creating multiple account can lead to lose of those accounts and your revenue in there, contact us if you want to do so.
6. Trying to earn with two or multiple links at once will cause lose of revenue or paying for only one link. (use only one link for your monetization with us.) Contact us if you want to change your link.
Intellectual Property
1. Our Platform, services, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
2. You grant us permission to use your Content for promotional purposes.
Disclaimers and Limitations
1. Our Platform and services are provided "as-is" and "as-available."
2. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
3. Our liability is limited to direct damages, capped at $100.
Termination
1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account.
2. Upon termination, your access to our Platform and services will cease.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed and construed.
Dispute Resolution
1. Any disputes will be resolved through our arbitration.
2. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with our arbitration Rules.
